Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges & Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
